Party Packages Terms & Conditions

  • All the deposit payments are non-refundable, except if your booking was cancelled by us in order to comply with COVID-19 restrictions.
  • 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
  • There will be 10% administrative fee applied if you request to reschedule the event date and time.
  • When you make a booking, you must pay a deposit of the amount equal to half of the initial estimates/agreed value of the booking (and in respect of this we reserve the right to require larger deposit amounts, such as but not limited to in the case of larger bookings or special requests) and you agree that as preparation will be required for every booking and time-slots will be occupied and not available for other bookings, this deposit is fully non-refundable at the time of booking.
  • Membership discounts and party packages cannot be used at the same time.
  • No outside food and drinks, allowed birthday cake, cupcakes, Ioli bags and other themed items.
  • Wall decoration must be free standing or using blue tack or masking tapes which do not damage the paint.
  • All children and adults must wear non-slip socks on all the time at the premises.
  • Any painting, marking or physical damage will incur a damage fee of minimum $200.
  • The hirer(s) and any guests will be held responsible for any cost incurred to repair any damage caused to the premises.
  • Please clean up your decorations after the event to avoid further cleaning fee. A special cleaning fee of $150 applies for any spillage or food stains.
