For the purposes of this Reward Program:

• "TADA" refers to TADA Kids Cafe and all associated locations under the TADA brand.
• "Member" refers to any customer who registers and participates in the Reward Program.
• "Points" refer to loyalty credits earned through eligible purchases.
• "Reward" refers to the monetary discount (e.g. $5 per 100 points) redeemable at TADA venues.
• "Program" refers to the TADA Kids Cafe Reward Program governed by this document.

• ●The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• ●Customers must register via TADA's official system (online) to become a Member.
• ●One Member account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or cancelled at TADA's discretion.

• ●Members earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases.
• ●Points are awarded based on the final amount paid, excluding discounts, vouchers, or promotional items.
• ●Points can only be earned through direct purchases at TADA Kids Cafe locations or via the official website.

100 points = $5 AUD discount.

Points may be redeemed on:

• Entry fees
• Food and drinks
• Birthday party packages
• Other eligible purchases as designated by TADA

• ●Points must be redeemed in blocks of 100 (no partial redemptions).
• ●Points have no cash value and are non-refundable.
• ●Points cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotions unless specifically allowed.

• ●Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold or gifted to others.
• ●TADA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Member accounts or points.

TADA reserves the right to:

• Modify or update the Terms and Conditions at any time
• Suspend or terminate the Program without prior notice
• Adjust or cancel any points obtained through error, misuse, or fraudulent means
